What do we bake?

Sourdough bread with additives (groats, cereals, dried fruits and grains), cinnamon, cardamom and bun with seasonal fruit, crossaints, canelé, pain au chocolat, canelé, pastéis de nata, bostocks and other delicacies. In addition, we offer high-quality coffee to go and on the spot.

Fresh local ingredients

We use flour from small mills, thus supporting small entrepreneurs. We buy locally and seasonally (Stary Kleparz, farmers, small local greengrocers). We bake for you as if we were baking for ourselves at home.

Cold fermentation

Our wheat bread is subjected to a slow process of cold fermentation so that the microorganisms living in the leaven can extract what's most valuable from the bread. Each loaf is handmade on the spot.

I don't waste / Zero Waste!

Don't waste your food! If you know that you will not be able to eat all the bread, croissants, or cinnamon in the following days, freeze them.
